Reflections for Youth - Finding Joy

With all that's going on in the world around us, it feels strange to think about joy. Finding joy gets harder and harder - the story of Jesus' journey into Jerusalem reminds us that there joy to found even
in the worst of times.

We know the end of the story. We know that this journey into the city is the beginning of Holy Week or the Passion - meaning the events that take place during the last week fo Jesus' life.  But, on his way down the hill to Jerusalem, the scripture tells of crowds of people that gathered to wave palms, shout "Hosanna" and celebrate and cheer for the Son of God who was sent o share God's love.

So, I've been thinking about finding joy this week. One of the best ways I know to feel joyful is to listen to music.  Here's a list of songs that bring me joy. I hope they will for you, too.
