What We Are Reading - More Book Recommendations

Here are some more reading recommendations!

 

The first two books have been added to our bookshelves in the Sunday School rooms and are available for you to borrow if you like! 

What in the World Is Wrong with Gisbert? 

by Jochen Weeber (Author), Fariba Gholizadeh (Illustrator)

Gisbert, the giraffe is tall enough to do everything a giraffe might want to do, and his life is good. But one day,  Gisbert's friends start making fun of him, and with each negative comment they say, he begins to shrink.

Simon and the Big, Bad, Angry Beasts: 

A Book about Anger  by Ian De Haes  

When Simon REALLY mad - big, bad, angry beasts appear. At first Simon loves having the beasts around to help scare off anyone who upsets him, but over time he realizes that no one wants to be around him or the beasts. This makes Simon sad, so he decides to try to still his mind and practice being calm. And the beasts disappear!

The world needs beautiful things
